Free programs supporting healthy minds & bodies

Join us in-person Monday through Friday for an hour of aerobic dancing; improve your wellbeing while you work up a sweat. Any/all fully-vaccinated adults are encouraged to attend. Because the sessions are held indoors, participants are required to sign a waiver. Please bring proof of vaccination to your first session.

The Wellness Center is located within the residential area and provides support groups and counseling services to individuals, families, and young adults up to 25 years of age. The program assists individuals with mild to moderate mental health symptoms or diagnoses. The team is guided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, social worker with a master of social work andstudent interns.

Those ages 55 and older are invited to join us in-person on the first and third Wednesdays of every month for a balanced lunch and social hour. Because our lunches are held indoors, participants are required to sign a waiver. Please bring proof of vaccination to your first lunch.

The Valley Awareness Initiative at WMCC is funded by the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications (OCPSC)  to assist with the coordination of California's most important statewide public awareness and community outreach campaigns. These campaigns include topics related to water conservation, extreme heat, and ITIN.

Through outreach, educational workshops, and public health campaigns, the initiative seeks to empower the local community, increase awareness around tobacco-related health disparities, and promote healthy lifestyle choices through education and active engagement.
